This Sales Engineer position will be responsible for Thermal System and Wiper System products with Stellantis OE customers.

Key Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Working with the cross-functional team to gather cost details, develop pricing strategies, and develop quotation letters for new business opportunities
• Tracking and ensuring consistency of pricing strategies due to raw material index changes price change negotiations
• Submitting invoices for payments related to customer-owned tooling, engineering costs, and logistic costs
• Active participation in regular, program-specific meetings as well as internal, project tracking meetings
• Working closely with the global team, both In Asia and Europe, to align an execute global strategies

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience working in sales or related sales process

Preferred:

• Strong oral, written, and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation skills - reaching win-win and autonomous agreements with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Able to understand technical documents, such as engineering design and testing requirements
• Experience working with Stellantis OEM
